My college sweetheart husband and I have been Avon residents for the past seven years and both of our children graduated from Avon Public Schools. 

Soon after moving to Avon, I got involved in various volunteer roles: FAME President (Friends of Avon Music Education), Avon Crew Team Parent, Friends of Avon Library Publicity Chair, Avon Newcomers Membership Chair, and Avon Winterfest Planning Committee.

Professionally, I work in the office of a West Hartford elementary school. I have served on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the past year and a half. The past two presidential elections inspired me to become civically engaged and the opportunity to serve on the ZBA was the perfect fit. I am looking forward to continuing to contribute my time and staying committed to keep things fair for everyone.
