Tuesday, November 24th, 2009It’s a tie no more.
Incumbent David Pena tonight won re-election to the Town Council seat by a 173 vote margin. The unofficial results show David (of the Avon Democrats) getting 1636 votes with Bill Hooper receiving 1463.
David’s re-election ensure that the Town Council maintains a 3-2 split between the Republican party and the Democrats.
