Over 6+ years experience on Wall Street including investment banking, capital markets, venture capital, and investment advisory services.
5+ years at UTC's corporate Environment, Health & Safety department.
Currently Principal for Julzach Management Services, LLC, an independent consulting practice focusing on organizational and business productivity enhancements.
Running for Board of Finance because I would like the opportunity to give something back to the community. I also believe that my financial and management skills will enable me to be a contributing and useful member of the Board of Finance.
Relevant skills include budgeting, financial analysis, systems development, project tracking, Request for Proposals evaluation, facilitating focus groups and implementing common sense solutions.
Father of two children - one of whom will be enjoying his second wonderful year at Pine Grove Public School.

Local elections in Avon are on Tuesday November 6, 2001. I would like to ask for your support of my candidacy for the Avon Board of Finance.

For those of you who may not be aware, the Board of Finance works closely with the Town of Avon, the Avon Town Council and the Avon Board of Education. Together these organizations work to ensure that our taxes are spent wisely and that we continue to receive high levels of town services at the lowest possible cost. The current board has a history of fiscal responsibility and I look forward to continuing with this tradition. Basic responsibilities include:

Working with the Town of Avon in preparing the annual town budget
Reviewing any number of proposals for issues ranging from repairs to town facilities to extensions of sewer lines
Ensuring that our town continues to be developed in an economically sensible manner

I realize that each of us leads busy lives and struggles to balance the competing needs of work and family. It seems as if there is never enough time to do everything we want, but I believe that giving back to our community is important. With an MBA, Wall Street, commercial banking and budgeting experience, I believe that my financial background and skills will allow me to be a valuable asset to the Board of Finance. I am a registered Democrat and have received the endorsement of the Avon Democratic Town Committee, together with Thomas A. Gugliotti, an extremely capable incumbent candidate. I hope that I can count on your support and your vote.
